Is Tyler Herro playing tonight vs. the Celtics?

After reportedly doing “everything he possibly can” to play in Game 6, Herro has been ruled out.

Herro averaged 20.7 points per game in the regular season, the second-most on the Heat behind Jimmy Butler (21.4). He hasn’t been able to match that output in the playoffs with 13.5 points through 14 games.

While Herro was quiet in Games 2 and 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals, he scored 18 points off the bench in Miami’s Game 1 victory.

Victor Oladipo, Duncan Robinson and Caleb Martin have each gotten more opportunities since Herro’s injury.
