Is Tee Higgins playing Sunday night Week 5?
UPDATE: Higgins is expected to play, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
UPDATE 2: Higgins is officially ACTIVE.
Higgins (ankle) was able to get in a week’s worth of limited practices, which likely indicates that he’ll suit up for Sunday night’s game against the Bengals. However, there is a chance he plays fewer snaps than usual as he makes his way back from an injury originally suffered on Thursday night in Week 4.

Higgins has been Cincinnati’s best receiver this year, hauling 20-of-28 targets for 315 yards and two scores. That’s despite dealing with a concussion in Week 1 and ankle issues in Week 4. Given that type of production, Higgins is a must-start whenever he’s active, especially against Baltimore’s league-worst pass defense.

If he is a surprise scratch ,Tyler Boyd would likely be the biggest beneficiary, but Ja’Marr Chase and TE Hayden Hurst (groin), if active, would also soak up more opportuinties. Unfortunately, there isn’t a lesser-owned Bengals’ receiver who is guaranteed or even likely to see more targets.

At this point, it looks safe to hold out for Higgins. If he’s out, you can pivot to Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Mecole Hardman, or Mack Hollins, all of whom are sub-36-percent owned and play in what should be a high-scoring game on Sunday night.
