This year’s annual trip with high school friends took them to Dublin, where the group stopped by The Open Gate Brewery, a Guinness experimental brewhouse. It had a little surprise for the three-time NFL defensive player of the year: a batch of beer brewed — or at least labeled — exclusively for him.
