During ESPN’s broadcast of the Knicks-Rockets exhibition Tuesday night in Houston, Van Gundy laid out how he wants the NBA to deal with those who are convicted of domestic abuse or sexual assault.

Van Gundy also referred to a conference he attended earlier in the day on domestic violence and sexual abuse, in which NFL vice president Troy Vincent and Texans general manager Rick Smith spoke on the issue.
