It’s unclear exactly what happened, but Coan appeared to suffer the lower-leg injury on the Fighting Irish’s second drive of the second half. He was sandwiched between two Badgers defenders on first-and-10, taking a 5-yard loss in the process. It was Wisconsin’s fifth sack of the day. Coan was later seen leaving the field and walking toward the locker room with a limp. Jenny Taft reported on the Fox broadcast that Coan would likely sit out the rest of the game....

In what new Jaguars head honcho Tom Coughlin calls a “smart business decision,” Jacksonville exercised its fifth-year team option on the quarterback’s rookie contract. Johnson was cleared to keep fighting despite the gash....

The host of The Late Late Show With James Corden, 44, made headlines on Friday, when restaurateur Keith McNally said that he had banned Corden from his SoHo eatery Balthazar in NYC after staff complaints.
