Iran’s conservative-majority parliament on Tuesday approved the first reading of a “strategic action plan” that will order the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran to produce at least 120 kilograms of 20 percent enriched uranium annually. It was approved by 251 of 260 lawmakers and will now be subject to a second reading, the state-run Press TV reported. Uranium must be highly enriched to around 90 percent to be used in nuclear weapons....
